This is a two-person company and this page describes exactly what happens to your information. It is short because we do very little with it.

What we collect

Only what you type into the form on the Get started page: your name, work email, company, and whatever you tell us about the operation. The optional fields are optional. We also record the page you submitted from and the referring URL, so we know which parts of the site are doing any work.

Why we collect it

To reply to you. That is the entire purpose. There is no mailing list, no drip sequence and no sales automation behind this form. The two founders read every submission.

Who else sees it

Your submission is stored in our own database, hosted with Neon, and the notification email is delivered by Resend. Neither is used for anything else, and we do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for up to two years afterwards, in case you come back to us. After that they are deleted.

Having your information removed

Email hello@rianapplied.com and ask. We will delete your record and confirm that we have done it. You do not need to give a reason.
